「Was in town for my daughters baby shower. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, (we had the 2 double beds) with a very comfortable bed. The hallways had this scent that was very nice, infact we asked the front desk what it was. All staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! 」

「Tamara at the front desk and the manager on duty went above and beyond to get us a room with a jacuzzi because the hot tub had broken down that day and it was the reason we had booked at Wildwood. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Just amazing!」

「There is a strange smell in the room and pillow has very obvious stains. I can't tolerate the unpleasant smell in the room. I check in by 15:00 and check out by 19:30 （I wasted money）」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
