「Pool area seemed cleaner than in the past. Rooms were clean but needed more towels and pull out couch bedding. Pull out mattress was disgusting.」

「The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.」

「The hotel was very expensive yet the quality of the interior surroundings, beds and baths are only slightly above the quality of a super 8. The beds are very hard and don't appear to have been upgraded when the hotel was renovated. In additon, the person at the check in was curt and not very kind. All in all, the stay was not worth the price.」

「Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.」

「Very clean, nice staff. Difficult to get to property. Kind of dark and a little sketchy people. Fine for one night we only slept and left.」

「We only stayed one night arrived quite late and left early.The staff was very outgoing, ready to accommodate anything that we would’ve needed or asked for. We left quite early in the morning, but they had coffee and crinkle ready at 6 AM. They helped carry our luggage to the car very helpful.」

「I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.」

「Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite dated but clean. Refrigerator worked but it had to be held closed. There was no breakfast but the coffee in the lobby was good. There was no coffee makers in the rooms. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. It wasn’t bad for a night or two. There were a couple restaurants right next to the motel but Iron ridge is a really small town so there isn’t much around there, including a breakfast restaurant.
