"My room 1716 air con can be colder. I came into the room after checked in that the water flow from the sink was very slow. Housekeeping should report to fix n not the next customer complain. However, it was fixed very quickly. Thank you. I had an relaxing and enioyable stay. "

"First time staying here. Pretty convenient with short walk to Havelock MRT. Facilities are good. Cleanliness is very good. Some feedback to improve is WiFi connectivity, sometimes cut out. Not a fan of the bathtub shower. Otherwise, happy to return again next time!"

"We were very pleased with our stay at Waterloo nad would consider a second stay. The location was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not eat at the restaurant or experience any other amenities, but the bottled, non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar were too expensive. The car dropoff/pickup was poorly defined and awkard for both passengers and drivers--perhaps not finished?"
