"Clean and nice"

"The rooms were not roomy but very functional. It had a lot of closet space and was very clean. The bed was fine and the shower was great -- ample hot water and the strength of the water coming out was excellent. Kudos to the concierge, Sadio, whom I asked where to buy certain items requested by our grandsons. Some of them were candy gummies and my older grandson wanted a certain brand of soy sauce. It turns out that that soy sauce was very special and is made on a small island and Tokyo gets 100 bottles a year. Sadio suggested a number of places for me to get it but no one had it. Every day Saido would check with me to see if I got it and on the last day he said he found something similar (although not the exact one in my picture) and a store in Tokyo had it. He took time to add the store name and location to my phone and off we went. We were successful in getting a similar soy sauce. I applaud Saido for his hard work. He said he never gives up and he did not. Thank you so much to have such a caring and attentive Concierge, Saido. It made the stay worthwihile."

"Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to public transportation. Breakfast tasty. Room can be a bit bigger but other than that we loved our stay with a young kid. Overall cozy and compact. Beautiful garden. "

"The Tokyo Station location was a great home base for getting around Tokyo using the train system and walking to Ginza, Imperial Palace and Akihabara. Staff were outstanding and the room was exceptionally clean and very quiet with a great view looking north. Great large bathroom with a full wall window above the bathtub. The only thing lacking was storage for clothes and suitcases."

"Friendly staff, clean room, very solid selection of nice pastries for breakfast, coffee machine/toaster oven/microwave available 24-7 in lobby are all nice touches and value add. In-room fridges arent particularly cold"

"Air conditioning was not working. Frankly the room was a bit crap and the location of the hotel was terrible. Right next to a motorway, Trainline and a river. "
