"The view from the room was amazing. The amenities were excellent. The staff were so welcoming and positive, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and the cleaners. The room space was adequate, as you must remember you are in the centre of Tokyo, which is fantastic for investigating the city."

The hotel was located very close to Tokyo station providing ideal access to transport links to all of Tokyo, as well as access to many restaurants, bars and shops. "Niwa is a nice oasis in the midst of bustling Tokyo: great location, good restaurants, cool bee-keeping on the property, BUT it's quite dated compared to many other properties I've stayed in on this trip. Tiny rooms, dated bathroom, ancient coffee machine in the room...one can do better for the money."
