"Great location, plenty of shops across the street and adjacent to this hotel. Smaller room was clean and organized but had a comfortable double bed. Bathroom was functional but basic. Only stayed one night at a reasonable rate. All staff were professional and courteous. Starbucks next door for added convenience, too. Would recommend for a short stay "

"Excellent hotel. Great place to stay. Rooms are quite compact but lovely and clean. Great shower and bath too. We had the lounge pass included which wasn’t explained by Expedia when we booked. This gives you unlimited hot/cold and a range of alcoholic drinks. Also snacks which went from nuts to danish pastries. This was a real boon as we had coffee and pastries each morning from 9.30 then good to go for the day. Also good for a drink early evening. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. "

"Our stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo was absolutely stellar. The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully designed- a blend of transitional ryokan with modern comforts. The Onsen experience was wonderful and restorative, and we had a really restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Strong recommend, and hope to return again. "

Also particularly attractive was proximity to the Spa LaQua onsen, which was only a few minutes away on foot. Highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay again there in the future!"
