Visiting for the first time post-Covid, I found it is now even better! The “refresh room” has been given ..."

"From start to finish, our stay at the Palace Hotel was excellent! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is courteous and impeccable. The location of the hotel is ideal, being across from the Imperial Palace grounds. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing there with a cup of tea every evening. We had access to the club lounge and enjoyed the Happy Hour as well as Afternoon tea services. Everything about our stay here was perfect! We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be making a return visit and would definitely stay at this spectacular hotel again! Thank you to the hotel staff for their absolutely wonderful customer service! "
"Even though it’s located in one of the most expensive area, and room space is limited, the price is reasonable and stay is so comfortable and satisfying. Staffs are so welcoming and friendly, and they helped me with all my questions."
