"Staff were friendly and super helpful. We had our luggages forwarded here from another hotel and it was already waiting in our room when we checked in. The check in is a bit later around 5pm but that means the check out was later too at 2pm. This worked out perfect for us since this was our last hotel before leaving Japan for our flight home. "

"Overall a beautiful and very clean property.The gardens and rooms reflected a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and proficient in English. We enjoyed some relaxing moments in the refresh lounge although the timing never worked for us to take advantage of the drink service. The massage chairs in the relaxation room were wonderful. The laundry machines worked well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, preferring to explore the many cafes in the area. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, and is on a quiet street, but with a major street with shops and restaurant steps away. We found restaurants on quieter neighborhood streets as well."

" Con: my ONLY complaint is that the hotel controls the air conditioning. During our trip it was pretty cold, but towards our last days it started warming up. Either way, the a/c had the heater on. I contacted the front desk and they apologized saying it’s controlled by the hotel. They said to leave the a/c off and to open the windows. They also had a humidifier which worked as a fan for us so we used that. We managed the last 6 days of our trip that way. It just sucked because I usually like the room cold no matter what. Thankfully it wasn’t hot at night. This was the only hotel I had that issue with. If the a/c is a deal breaker, find another place. I would have if I knew. Pros: the room was clean and the staff is polite and welcoming! They offer amenities in the lobby. The check in process was quick. They have a self check-in/check-out machine. They’ll assist you on how to use it. A majority of the hotels offer the luggage delivery service. You have to pay in cash. They’ll explain how to fill out the form. Some may even do it for you. They will all call the hotel you’re sending the luggage to confirm your reservation. They only have 2 laundry machines. The machine has a washer & dryer function. Be prepared to dry your clothes for more time because it doesn’t come out completely dry. It’s nice that they have the option. Since it’s only 2 and you may find yourself waiting to use it, there are laundromats in the area. We didn’t need to do that, but some are open 24 hours. "

"The room was very comfortable, offering great views of Tokyo. The breakfast at The Artist’s Corner in the 43rd floor was a brilliant way to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by so many options with a theme park, shopping plaza, so many eating places, and 2 minutes to Suidobashi station. We were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend."

"Breakfast menu just OK. Laundry very limited. Rooms typical size, small. Room clean but only change sheets every three days. Not an appealing stay. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"Five star service across the board. Great accommodations, lovely staff, great breakfast. The restaurants on 6th floor are fantastic. We visited during Sakura season and this hotel did not disappoint. "
