「The hotel has great ammenities and the room service options have a ton of variety. It was nice having a massage chair and jacuzzi tub in the room. It was the largest room my husband and I stayed in throughout our travels in Japan as well.」

「Exceptional stay and great service. food, hot bath, room, everything is so nice. You don’t need to worry about your luggage as the staff will help to deliver to your room at the information center, we enjoy the stay and Nara so much.」

「Fun experience in a traditional Japanese hotel. The dinner and lunch were great. Being right in the park made it super easy to visit the temple and feed the deer. The public bath is on the smaller side, but does the job. They called us a cab to the train station when we checked out which was nice. 」

「Room is a bit small. l went there early that day, lots of parking spaces on 1st and 2nd floor, but l was not allowed to park there, l had to drove up to 3rd floor! And no elevator in the parking building!」
