「Fantastic hotel! We stayed for 6 nights - the property has a private garage so parking was a breeze. Really good location in Old Naples on 5th Ave. in walking distance to all of the downtown bars, restaurants and shops. A few more blocks past that is the beach - super easy! The staff was the highlight - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing. The pool area was large and great to the kids, loved the balcony overlooking the marina. I would highly recommend staying here! 」

「Most uncomfortable stay at a place in quite a while. Bed was placed 1 foot beside window cooling unit so it blew cold air on you if unit was running. In order to sleep we had to turn unit off from a so called smart thermostat. Room temperature never stable and in order to regain comfort you had to turn unit back on for a short period at thermostat and then turn it back off. Effectively we worked thermostat manually in order to stay comfortable in room. Also when you wanted to turn cooling unit...
