「Staff was excellent」

「The location was great however I was expecting a lot more from the property itself. We stayed on the junior suite and the room looked old, the mirror had black stains on it and the balcony furniture was stained. I pulled the extra pillow and cover in the closet for my daughter and it was definitely used before, it had hairs on the pillow and lipstick. From our room, we had to crossed a street that was pretty busy to get to the main property which was not ideal since it rained a couple of days...

「We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!」

「Wonderful boutique hotel with probably the best private beach in all of Naples. Have stayed here many times. The staff are always polite and very helpful. Rooms are immaculate and most have wonderful views of the gulf. Food is excellent too. always come home feeling fresh and relaxed.」

「The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The view was spectacular, watching the incoming boats was calming and relaxing. Nosh restaurant was very classy and had many items to choose from. We had the short ribs and butterfish entrees which were fantastic. The front staff was accommodating and the coffee shop had Lavazza coffee speciality brews. We recommend this place for a relaxing time.」
