「Hotel staff was amazing. The room was in very poor condition compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area, near the same price range. The bath tubs paint was chipping and th e room had a foul odor.」

The only I would say that someone should just be mindful of, is that your door opens right to first floor outside traffic. So if that is a concern to you just be mindful.
