Needed the carpet cleaned. Carpet had a spot looked like dry vomit and maintenance came and used a carpet scrubber to clean it up. Don’t care for the sheets on the bed. Very thin and do not tuck into the mattress. We're going to the pool today.

We love this boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious It is convenient to several restaurants including two on site. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel this time and I won’t do that again. In the past it was fine but this time the quiche was so strong tasting I’m sure the cheese had gone bad. The coffee was really bed too. For a total of $29 an egg sandwich, 2 coffees , and a horrible quiche Couldn’t eat either of them and went to the cafe next door We will still stay here but won’t eat breakfast on site

It was okay. We only stayed for 2 nights. It wasn’t horrible but there was hair in the bathroom and odd smell in hotel. Room has a strange musty smell and the hotel itself does have a strange smell. Pool was small but okay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Small tv. Room was spacious. It served its purpose, and had a nice location but I don’t think we would stay again.

Room was very nice. Staff, especially John and Jeff at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. Pool and poolside eating was very good. The Chop House served Trigger fish as catch of the day and it was very tasty! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! We were very disappointed that coffee was not available 24/7. There was a Keurig in our room, but no access to free coffee in the lobby at any time. We would have preferred the milk, honey, creamer instead of powdered creamer

This is really a hidden gem in the SWFL area. Located in the Bonita Bay area on Tamiami Trail, this Hotel is within 20 minutes of the airport, 20 minutes of Naples, 30 minutes to Fort Myers, and less than 10 minutes to Bonita or Barefoot Beaches (our personal favorite). The beautifully landscaped Promenade shopping area with restaurants, shops, and a gourmet Italian market is adjacent and an easy walk. While a car is helpful, it is not necessary as everything is a quick cab or Uber ride away. The rooms are large with a decor that can best be described as dated aughts mid-luxury - think upholstered chairs, gold toned drapes and dark wood furnishings. That being said, ours were in good condition and we found the room very comfortable. Black-out drapes worked perfectly and air conditioning was consistent and effective. Bathrooms have been remodeled within the past few years and are large, well-appointed and similar to other luxury hotels. Overall, hotel and surrounding property are beautiful and well-maintained. We spent a few days relaxing at the pool and it was perfect. The pool is small, and there are only about 20 lounge chairs and umbrellas, so in high-season, make sure to arrive early if you want to enjoy this. There is a charming bar and grill attached to the pool area which provides plenty of food and drink options for a full day - and can be charged to your room. One nitpicky detail - the breakfast is not much to speak of. Go to DeRomo's market instead.

This I wonderful hotel. Our 3rd time staying there. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool is very nice and heated. The hot tub is so nice too. There is a restaurant on the grounds called Lake House Bar and Grill. Everything we have eaten there is so good. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful with a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The pool was on the smaller size but it was still always clean and empty, there’s also a hot tub. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are brand new. The property was always so well maintained, and the staff was friendly. We didn’t eat at the hotel but we ate at the lake house behind/next to the hotel, and it was delicious and fast paced service!

Staff wasn’t overly friendly or helpful. No breakfast - continental breakfast was microwaved eggs on an English muffin & was overpriced. No laundry or laundry service. Pool was nice. Room was clean.

We always stay in this hotel when we are in that area. We've always asked during check-in if we want room service and we always say yes. However no room service was done during our last stay; when we asked the cleaning lady if she could do our room, she said she was not suppose to do it. So, that was a first. It looks like they were not prepared for the peak season. But we will continue staying there when possible.

Rooms are dated. Pool was cloudy the day we arrived. The shower had mold and even the shower head. had to clean the shower head before I even took a shower. They did have house keeping come up and clean the shower. But It still had mold in areas that they missed...
