「I booked into a room and the room was great until we tried to use the shower. The lever was broken. We were switched to another room down the hall to accommodate us. My wife entered 1st and was going to move the covers to lay our kids down and a big roach came out. My wife said lets get out of here. i went to the front desk and told them my experience and showed them the picture of the roach on the bed. We left. 」

「Just spent a night and come away full of bed bugs bites thought they were mosquitoes bites but after the amount on my body daughter medical advice and was told I was full of bed bug bites」

「The bedding was filthy and it had bugs in the bathroom. Also the room smelled like a locker room. I requested my money back and they would not return it. I rather sleep in the car than at this property.」

「La limpieza fue algo bueno pero el hotel no está tan cuidado me refiero el interior de las habitaciones por ejemplo la 125 tiene el baño muy desgastado pero funcional, la piscina es pequeña pero todo limpio, está en construcción actualmente la parte izquierda del hotel con un puente aero, por lo que se siente un poco de ruido del tráfico, en general para el precio no es tan mal. El aire acondicionado bien frío.」

「The hotel itself was great, however my neighbors thought it was a good idea to continue clubbing at 1 o'clock in the morning and it took a few attempts to get someone to respond to the loud noise that went on for sometime. I would definitely stay again , beautiful, clean, and nice staff.」

「This property is incredible! It is in pristine condition. It’s Old Florida at its best. Staff very professional and helpful The Sanctuary spa was amazing and had incredible amenities. The restaurants and bar were great as well. Will definitely be back!」
