"The room is small but decent. The bathroom was very nice. There is considerable noise from the street and nearby billboards. The terrace to the Godzilla head is closed. Laundry was cheap but the dryers needed two cycles and clothes were still slightly damp. "

"We booked this hotel very close to our travel and were skeptical due to it’s isolated location. Our stay was wonderful, staff is very kind and helpful. Shuttle service makes it breeze to go back and forth to town. Location is very scenic and has good trails. We were lucky to get sunny morning and were able to clearly see majestic Mt. Fuji from the hotel. We will definitely recommend and use this place when return to the area. "

Our room was very spacious, thoughtfully laid out and exceptionally clean. We slept very well here as it was so quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The nearest train station is close enough to walk, as is the bustling nightlife area. We also enjoyed the restaurant and included buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!"
