An absolute delight to spend at least an hour over after a relaxing onsen. Absolutely fantastic. Hotel offers daily routine shuttle down to the lake and town. Hiking & great tennis courts (racquets & balls supplied by the hotel)"

"The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly overall and the front desk staff spoke English, which I by no means expect but certainly appreciate. The place was nice, clean and well maintained. It was convenient to many shops and restaurants and just z few minutes walk from Omiya station. The AC worked great! The bed was comfy. Would stay again in terms of the hotel. The area around it was certainly full of shops and restaurants but if one wished to be near the more mainstream and high end areas this is not quite like Shinjuku or Shibuya. But this was a but less hectic than those areas so that could be good!"
