"Hotel is near shopping center and eateries, cafes. Guest relations were always helpful. Airport shuttle was easy to book however there is a 1400 yen per adult. They also provided free shuttle to Disneyland which is a major service. Overall , this hotel provides plenty of services and beautiful inside /outside. Totally recommend ‘"

"APA hotel was excellent. Fabulous check-in, quick and easy. Excellent location. Rooms were great, bathrooms small but well equipped. Very well organised for fresh towels etc. The hotel is quiet, did not hear any other guests. Would not hesitate to stay here again as it was so clean and we always felt safe in the busy here of Tokyo. We were a family of z4 staying in two rooms."
