"I don’t expect much from beachfront motels but this certainly exceeded expectations. It’s older like most beachfront motels but clean, spacious and comfortable with all rooms facing the water. I nice large slider opens on the balcony. Very convenient to downtown and UNCW it’s beside my favorite restaurant in Wilmington - Oceanic, and across the street from Sundays coffee shop a cute, albeit always busy 2nd floor coffee shop above the surf shop. "

"This is an older property that has been renovated. From the outside, at a glance, you could miss this truly charming gem. I’ve visited the area for over 20 yrs and I never knew this was here.
