My Dinh National Stadium Tours

Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended.

I can honestly say this hotel had the best service we’ve ever experienced! We told them about a birthday last minute and they did everything they could to accommodate and even personally delivered a cake to my sister that was celebrating on the top floor! They made sure everything was taken care of and even remembered each of us by name. We were only there for 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. I even got a hair wash and massage at the spa and the super nice lady at the counter offered to watch my little girl while I relaxed! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, we were blown away by the incredible service and the hotel and room itself was also fantastic and in a great location. We might come back to Hanoi just so we can stay here again!

Staff is WONDERFUL. Great hospitality. Great hotel convenient location.
