"We had an great time at this property. Amazing nightlight outside and short walk to the Vatican and hop on and off tours. The host was very helpful and assisted us in a taxi transfer at 3am with less than 12hours notice!!! Definitely recommend this location."

"Mario met us and gave us the attention that you would expect from any five star service! His assistance went beyond just providing us information about our lodging, but also assisting us in personal issues that notably affected our stay in Italy. The lodging was spotless, comfortable, and 100% secure and we felt safe 100% of the time. Our room had the quaint balcony seen on many rooms in the European theater. I cannot say enough on how pleasant our stay was at Room 91!! A beneficial extra ones...

"Position of the apartment is great,but the check-in is a nightmare, the decor is tacky at best and the shower gas no pressure. There was decorating and painting in the building while we were there and that meant walking through dust and paint...but the worst is the elevator...squeezing 2 people in it's almost impossible..."

"It was kept very clean. There was lovely free coffee and buiscuits every day. I could not get the tv to work as some nights we were exhausted with walking so wanted to just relax with a look at the news etc. I would definitely recommend as very near to all tourist attractions"

"I thought the room was decent seemed a bit old. The room was clean but shared kitchen area wasn’t. The cleaning service folded and hung our clothes which was super nice. I also wish they had charged the Rome tourist fee before I got there not after. "
