It was the second time we have stayed here and the location for us is perfect right next to St Peter’s basilica. Very easy to find, very easy check in, very clean and the lady who works there/runs it is very polite and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean. And the location is excellent with many places to eat close and a short walk into Vatican City and the Basilica. 100% recommend this place.

The property is really beautiful located 5 mins from Vatican in Prati area and easy walking distance to Piazza Del Popolo , to restaurants , lots of shopping and to the metro system The inky downfall was breakfast. We were not told at what time breakfast so we never had breakfast for 3 days while there There are only 6 rooms to this small place but really really modern and clean. Would stay here again

Excellent location if visiting the Vatican or the Vatican museum's. This hotel is located in a very old and well maintained building. The rooms are basic, clean and modern. This small hotel located on the third floor of a mixed use building provided us with basic accommodations for our travels. Upon arrival the receptionist was not available but the housekeeper went out of her way to assist us! She did an excellent job getting us situated for our stay. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the area felt safe. Taxis were also readily available. Would highly recommended if you are looking for independent accommodations and do not require larger hotel chain amenities.

This hotel was a gem! Super cute and clean and very modern room. Comfortable beds, mini fridge, tea kettle and coffee cups in room and shampoos and soaps etc. Great location right by the Vatican so there are tons of little restaurants and shopping right downstairs. We walked to St Peters basicilla in about 6min and the Vatican museum in 8min. The location cannot be beat! I was apprehensive about staying somewhere without a full time check-in desk but they made things super seamless. I messaged them the day before we would be arriving at 1pm and she was already there waiting and let us check in early (no charge)! There is a taxi stand directly across the street so easy to get a taxi here. I would absolutely stay here again!

Property was clean. Very close to vatican. Spacious room. Negative is they are charging us for a broken windows handle that we never used. We read another review that mentioned the same issue so we intentionally went out of the way to avoid the same. But have now been informed that they will do the same to us. Shame because the location has a lot of positives and would have promoted others to stay as well. But the dishonesty is to much and would not want others to be blindside by the same issue.
