「Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless.」

「A really beautiful place to stay, right opposite the Vatican wall. Nicoletta and Alessandro are such kind and welcoming hosts. I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry. Alessandro greeted me at the property and showed me everything I needed to know to make my week's stay there perfect. Beautiful room...

「I'm very happy we choosed this hotel. This is an ideal place to stay in Rome. Very close to Vatican. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. But still very quiet and safe. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed here for 3 days and they cleaned the room every day. The air condition worked quietly and greatly. Transportation is convenient to take you anywhere. The girls at reception were so friendly and helpful. Best hotel.」

「Wir konnten bereits um 11 Uhr nach persönlicher Rücksprache mit Alessio, dem Vermieter, unser Gepäck abstellen und bekamen gleich die Schlüssel und konnten somit sofort mit unserer Tour durch Rom starten. 「We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!」

「This was my first time in Europe and I was a bit nervous traveling with my two girls. This was a girls trip. The owner of the hotel was one of the best things of our trip! He was outstanding!! He sat down with the three of us, explained everything about the hotel, the city, good spots to visit and stayed in touch during our entire stay. He was available to answer any questions in many ways. Easy going, honest and truly a good person. The rooms were very clean and with a modern look. 」
