"Clean room, friendly staff, close to various public transport. Family friendly (but also a few too many children running around screaming on occasion!). Pool/sauna/steam room was a nice place to go (but again, see screaming children). Good breakfast & the restaurant was reasonably priced."

"staff is really kind and nice. when I was departing early in the morning prior to the breakfast regular time, two people from staff offered me a breakfast bag to eat on my way to the airport. nice people."

"Excellent hotel in all aspects, with a great location. Little bit of construction work going on whilst we were there but it wasn’t really an issue, just sometimes the elevator took a bit longer. Definitely would stay there again. "

"When I was booking I thought it was a hotel only to realise when I was about to fly out that it was a guest house. I think that was misleading information on the description of the place. The reception is only manned 8-4 after that time there no one to assist you in the event there is an emergency. I find the key system to be very complicated as there were to many doors before you get to your room. To open your door you have to put an number then scan not how safe this was if another guest by mistake open your door. The room that I was initially booked in was very noisy I could count all the cars that were passing by. They could do with some noise proof equipment.’I was changed to a different room with was less noise but it was very dark during the day. The building needs some refurbished as it is quite run down. The area is convenient for walking to the tourist attractions. Joy went above and beyond to help me with my activities."
