The room was clean not to perfection but it is durable . The staff were really friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast here because there are so many options around the hotel. The air conditioning was not working but luckily at night it was nice and cool so we left our balcony’s door open. I have to say though… this hotel it is perfect located on front of the Vatican’s museum . Do not book a tour if you trying to get in the museum fast you can just get to the entrance at 5:30 am if you don’t have tickets yet and be the first ones in or buy your tickets 2 months ahead only From the Vaticans website since there is a lot of scam websites . Saint Peter’s basilica it is only 13 minutes walking distance and the Colosseum it’s about 23 minutes away driving distance. You would pay an uber around 28 euros or about 35 dollars to get there . If you taking a cruise it is a 1:20 hour drive and it’s best if you take an uber it’ll cost you 150 euros . My own opinion you don’t need to rent a car just take Ubers plus it is crazy the way the locals drive here a lot worse than NY drives .

バチカン美術館の入り口の真ん前。建物は古いが、部屋も広くベッドも大きい。朝食は普通。スタッフは極めてフレンドリーで、忘れ物をした際の問合せに対する返信も早く、大変助かりました。フィウミチーノに遅い便で到着したが、早朝のバチカン美術館見学も余裕でした。ホテルで頼んだ出迎えのタクシーもリーズナブルで非常に快適。

It was a very nice hotel, we missed our first night because of flight cancellations, but we were able to check in when we arrived the following day with no problem, there was no parking spot for our room, which was a problem. But the hotel was nice enough.

The room is very spacious but toilet very bad design bath shower messy when u had shower because the water all goes out on the floor shower door is half size cover never seen such a mess in hotel after u shower. Directly across the street from the Vatican Museums entrance. Loved being away from the city center! Got a recommendation for a locals restaurant from our Vatican tour guide, which was easy walking distance from the hotel. (Not full of tourists). Clean room, helpful staff. Didn’t see the rooftop bar open at all, but we did peak up there and it was pretty nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Loved the bidet!

Staff, especially Olga and Lorenzo were helpful and courteous. I had prepaid the breakfast option on Expedia €16 per day.. however was charged for it again at checkout. The front desk would not remove the charge, even though I had only had breakfast twice . The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location.

The Tmark hotel is conveniently located across the main entrance to the Vatican Museum. With very good lunch and dining places within a reasonable walking distance and good cab service. They also offer an inhouse restaurant with limited service since it closes after breakfast. I did not have a chance to eat there so I can not say anything about the quality of their food or service. Their staff (consierge) was friendly and service oriented. They can improve on shower space and TV programming.

The hotel was well situated opposite the entrance to the Vatican Museum, so very convenient starting point for a tour of the Vatican. The room was well presented, albeit quite basic. It was clean throughout and although a bit dated, was otherwise in reasonable condition. My only complaint was the noise within the room from the heating/ cooling system which lacked the ability to switch off. It caused quite a racket and this caused disrupted sleep. The other noise issue was from the road outside. The hotel mentions 'soundproof' rooms on the Expedia listing, but unfortunately this was not the case. The windows did not prevent traffic noise and noise from passing pedestrian entering the room, and when emergency vehicles passed with sirens sounding, it was quite alarming especially during the night. I wouldnt recommend a room facing the street!
