「Great location, beautiful hotel grounds, nice pool with water slide, and great views of Lake Atlitan from the hotel property. Parking is free and plenty of space (there are two parking lots). Only downside is there is no fan, fridge or AC, so it can be humid and hot. 」

「Well this place is OLD unkept, and over price for the quality. Staff was very professional. Doors broken, locks not working, walls crack and chipped very bad. Furniture were stained and due to city pest control spray that day there was so many bags all over the room. Which they had time to clean since we arrived at 6:00 pm and pest control was before noon 」

「太嘈吵，因周圍住宅及多電單車出入，居民深夜街頭談話，遠離市居及超市，但價錢合理包早餐，不能要求太多。入住安全為首要原因。因太嘈吵要求換房，職員亦落意安排比較清靜一間，能在這渡過美好回憶。」

「La chambre était propre, spacieuse et situé tout près du lac. Une bonne douche chaude aussi, ce qui n'est pas évident à trouver en Amérique Centrale. Le seul point négatif, c'est qu'il y a beaucoup de chiens errants qui jappent la nuit, ça m'a tenu réveillée à quelques reprises.」

「Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. 」
