「Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.」

「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」

「Me hospedé por 9 días, nadie me limpia y no me cambian las sábanas ni toallas. Escribí al encargado me dice que se limpia y se cambia cuando salga los huéspedes solamente y si están muy sucias se cobra algo adicional. Y no aceptan visitas en el alojamiento.」

「Lovely and modern hotel set in an old stone building. Very central and close to major sites. Great and attentive staff. Breakfast was very good. Open wine bar cart in the lounge/library area was a really nice touch. Hotel itself is a nice place to hang out. I didn’t go to the bar or do any of the wine tastings but wish I had. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely come back.」

「Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist...

「We loved the location and the friendly atmosphere of the Singular. The breakfast menu included plenty of delicious foods and fruit. The drinks offered at the rooftop bar were awesome. Our only complaint was that the hot water proved difficult to regulate in the shower. 」
