「I asked Cristabol if there just an issue with my taxi to the airport on Sunday due to the market being on, he stated no problem and neglected to tell a 5 block radius was blocked off due to a military march, my taxi couldn't get through and I had to run 5 blocks and luckerly got a taxi which I paid twice for! 「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」

「The room was great for a solo traveler like myself, but was large enough to accommodate 2 if necessary. For anyone needing some peace and quiet when relaxing in the room will not be disappointed, as the walls are thick and the city itself is quiet even when traffic is heavy outside. The host was gracious and expedited any small issues I ran into. I WILL stay with Santa Rosa Spot by Andes+ again.」
