「Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.」

「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」

「Quarto limpo porém pequeno, ideal para viagens rápidas ou quando se busca algo "só para dormir" toda a equipe é maravilhosa, super educados, prestativos, o espaço é muito bem cuidado com limpeza constante dos banheiros e espaços públicos, café da manhã surpreende sendo muito completo e que realmente sustenta, com serviço no quarto ao horario desejado. Localização fantástica muito perto do metrô e do ônibus expresso ao aeroporto」

「The hotel is situated in a safe and easy to find location close to public transport but also walkable to most city centre locations. It's also possible to walk to the Bus Terminals although the biggest one is at least a 30 minute walk. The staff are excellent.」

「If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

「Agradável, tudo limpo, porém o quarto era no 4 andar e sem elevador, porém próximo a metrô, não indico para mulheres desacompanhadas.」
