「Room was very cleab and for the price, it was great as long as the condition is maintained. The AC worked great in my room and again, great price for the place I was in. The gym was solid and the people looked good. The neighborhood isnt the prettiest but its still close to a lot of nice places in Santiago and easily walkable. Would def recommend for this price and this general price range. 」

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. 「This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. 「We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). 「Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.」
