「Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.」

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」

For anyone needing some peace and quiet when relaxing in the room will not be disappointed, as the walls are thick and the city itself is quiet even when traffic is heavy outside. The host was gracious and expedited any small issues I ran into. I WILL stay with Santa Rosa Spot by Andes+ again.」

And of course the decor is moody and gorgeous, breakfast and coffee are yummy, room was impeccable, bed and linens are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.」
