"Getting in the building was easy and the instructions were clear. Using the elevator? Not so much. It would be nice to have deatiled instructions as WHERE TO TAP THE KEY TO ACCESS THE 6TH FLOOR. Hauling luggage up the hot stairwell is not fun. The apartment is cute. It needs to be painted pretty badly. The vents need a good cleaning. I only had decaf coffee available. Did they partner with the coffee shop downstairs so we'd be forced to buy coffee every morning? That was a bummer. Why make us...

"We stayed here because we were in Ballard for a concert. The music venue and several places we visited (2 breweries and a restaurant) were only a 1 mile walk away. I think the only tricky thing was the street parking. We had to circle a bit to find a spot. Luckily we didn't have much luggage with us. Comfy beds, and coffee was provided."

Stayed over the weekend
"It was a nice experience due to the staff and the pricing. The confusing wifi situation was easily resolved making a call to the front office but providing that on paper would have been nice. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The tv wasnt a new smart tv unfortunately so i couldn't Screencast which I wanted to because the cable had limited channels. The shower was old and stained which made the bathroom feel unclean. Make sure to bring your own soap and sponges for the kitchen as I believe previous guests swiped them or staff didn't put them out. The kitchen utensils were plastic, so that was odd. "
