dog. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was adequately equipped and the views from outside were simply stunning. We were made to feel very welcome, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay, only one night but wished for more. In my error, i didnt realise that the switch outside the bathroom, turned on the hot water, and stupidly thought the shower was cold. My error , and the owner was very understanding and even let us stay in the garden...

"Old world charm with modern amenities like private baths and a lovely breakfast included. It was the perfect send off having coffee on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and polite. I did ask about airport transfer and was only given two pricy options, I would also have appreciated something along the lines of "...also the bus station is a less than 10 minute walk with an express bus." That is my only ding...but I get it and it's more a buyer beware comment. I was there one night and I really loved the space and Venice!"
