The hotel was 5-star all the way! From the beauty of the exterior to the exquisite furnishings inside...this hotel offered premier accommodations for my wife and I. We could not have been happier. Staff is super helpful and professional ! Hotel was very clean and well located. There is only one recommendation I would make: shower floor are slippery. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend and stay again at that hotel if I cone back to Venice.

We loved everything about this hotel. You can dropped off right at the hotel from the Grand Canal. We had a charming room with a view of the Canal. The hotel is close to key sites but it’s wonderful to also get lost amid the side streets. The staff were helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was fantastic!! Healthy food options, a wide range of food, plus Prosecco!! We loved the Prosecco we received as our VIP gift. We would definitely stay here again. It was also quiet, the A/C worked well, and the beds were comfortable! You won’t be disappointed!

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The bartenders were also very friendly and made some amazing drinks! The location was great…just a few minutes to the Rialto bridge and lots of restaurants/shops within a minute of walking out the door. Our biggest complaint was noise—the building is older (although very nicely renovated) so the walls are very thin so you can hear everything which didn’t make for good sleep. But truly otherwise, beautiful hotel, great location and amazing staff!

Right on the Grand Canal this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very well presented and had all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff were always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a canal view and it was worth it, all life in Venice went past our window. Highly recommend
