「Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco.
And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.」

「The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..」

「The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. 」

The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular.
I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive..
