「The staff were all very nice, from the beginning till the end. We booked a two bedrooms room, one room was slightly bigger with a bathroom inside and a nicer view, one’s bathroom was outside and the window view was inward. The kitchen and living room space were both great and fully equipped. If you need to change towels or cleaning, you can arrange the service a day earlier. Tram, bus, and metro station were all close. I will definitely choose here again when I visit Amsterdam next time. 」

「Great location and really good sized apartment for a couple. Had everything you'd need. Bedroom was a little tight but no real complaints, just a bit snug getting it in! Staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in and were able to answer any questions we had. They even helped us sort out where to keep our luggage safe after we checked out at a sister hotel. Located in a great place just outside the centre, but within minutes you were there. Perfect for us. Will definitely use...

「The property was exactly as it was listed and I had a contactless check in and stay with the host. Proximal to train stations that connect you all over the Netherlands was an add on. Eatery and grocery stores were 10-15mins walk away. On the bad side, the bed wasn’t very comfortable as I had to ask for readjustments from the host and no automatic or routine change of linen unless you put in a request which comes at a cost. I rate the place 8/10」

「So good」

Stark rekommendation.」

「This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the...

「Very good! Clean room. And nice host!」
