We loved our stay! It’s in a beautiful area that isn’t too busy but has lots to do and close to city centre. The room itself had everything we needed and front desk was available any time we had any questions or needed anything. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the room and accommodation was nice. We did have a lot of street and pedestrian noise on ground level, as well as lights from cars in the room. Overall, a good stay.

The apartment I stay is in a decent size with full kitchen and living room area. Just one thing that lead to a 4 stars instead of 5, their window cannot be opened with normal strengths. So you need to choose either good air circulation or warmth as the heating system will shut off when the windows are open. I chose warmth and thus, I had to tolerate the smell of cooking and CO2 staying at the apartment the whole time. A technician was called to close the window - reception said the window can be opened by anyone which is not the case.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable. As for the location, it is very practical: within easy walking distance to many of the main attractions, as well as services, in addition to being also fairly quiet.

A beautiful space and excellent support staff on site, also one of my favorite neighborhoods of Amsterdam. Kitchen could have used a toaster and there's no full-length mirror, but otherwise a lovely, cozy room.

The combined washer/dryer was convenient, but confusing for us Americans. Directions on how to use it & what symbols mean would be helpful. Also, if there was a retractable clothesline in the bathrooms that we could use to hang things to dry, that would be very helpful. Or maybe some hooks in the bathroom to hang things on. Dishwasher was good too. Could vacuum the rug before & during our stay.
