「The apartment was convenient and comfortable」

「Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.」

「Hotel Palazzo Keller was wonderful. The location is very convenient and yet the hotel is tucked away and very quiet. Our room was beautiful and very up-to-date, with plenty of connections for all technology. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and had a beautiful, large shower. All the common areas in the hotel are absolutely beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous dining room, and the spread is really everything you could ask for and more. Service was excellent throughout...

「離車站走路約8-10分鐘，路程需上下橋，不建議拖大行李箱。櫃檯員工親切，check in完有專人幫提行李並帶領到房間。有送一人一杯飲料bar的飲品。房間大小還行，整體整齊乾淨，但剛入房時有一股蠻重的消毒水味道。」

「A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? 」

「Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!」

「Very nice small boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I like the design/deco a lot. Very close to ferry pier if you are from Rovinj. A little longer walk from the centre but it is acceptable. Quiet and clean room. Wonderful owner and staff. They are very helpful and responsive. I would certainly stay again.」

「La Calcina hotel was perfect for our needs. Quiet, boutiquey hotel away from the bustling area of San Marco, but very conveniently located! Easy walking to all the sights and restaurants. Waterbus station right there. Food was very good. We will definitely stay here again!」
