「The property is in a lovely area along the River Ness and About a 20 minute walk into the city along the river. It certainly has the wow factor and the apartment we had had everything we needed eg small fridge, microwave, stove top and oven plus all the plates and cutlery etc required for a short self catering stay. Would definately recommend this property.」

「I did not feel safe there. It is a few rooms above a very active bar. There is no secure entrance to the rooms. Just a chair on.the stairs Sign- For hotel guest only. When you get to the room, it is a key door and it does not lock automatically.. which we did not realize until the next morning. 「Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away. Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." 「My mother and I stayed at Jacobite House for 6 nights and had an excellent stay. Check-in was easy and quick, and our room (B1) was comfortable and spotless. When we needed anything, staff working on site were only too happy to help. Location can’t be beat; you are right in the heart of Inverness city centre, and you are within easy walking distance to all amenities. There is some noise from street level, but that quickly becomes white noise! We highly recommend staying here!」
