Great hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Inverness. Nice friendly staff and room was spacious and clean. We didnt have breakfast there but it looked good too. Would definitely stay again!

Maintenance issues in the bathroom, the room was very small, lighting. System was very confusing and difficult to deal with. Also, we were told we could get breakfast first thing in the morning before our tour and then we're told in the morning that the entire breakfast room was reserved for another tour

Excellent overnight stay for business

I stayed at this hotel for one night as I was up in Inverness on business, the staff were present, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Would be happy to stay again.

Everything was great. Only minor comment (quite personal) is that they could have different types of pillows for softness and thickness - some of us can’t sleep with high pillows .. But that’s a minor thing, everything else was great
