Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." They even unplugged our chargers and threw...

Aucune espace de comptoir dans la salle de bain pour déposer quoi que ce soit. Ça manque. Il y aurait pourtant de la place. Mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hébergement.」
