The front desk was very nice. Our privilege room was not available due to some flooding and we had to take a lesser room. They offered for us to move to the original room the second night but we declined and they credited us the cost difference for our stay. They were very apologetic.

On the plus side, the location is excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful. However, the in room safe did not function, there was a wad of hair in the shower, the top of the desk was nasty sticky and the reception area of the hotel had very soiled carpet as well as furniture that was very much past its expiration! Too much for this!
