"The location is super convenient. The hotel is directly connected to MOKO Mall and Mong Kok East MTR is right inside, so getting around was a breeze.
Room was clean and comfy and the staff were friendly. Only thing we didn’t love was the lighting in the room. It was a bit dark. Other than that, it was a great stay!"
"Outstanding hotel of choice in Hong Kong. Convenient to shopping, activities, markets and Harbour walk. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful...nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended"
"Exceeded our expectations. Spacious clean room close to dining options and the cruise terminal. Free shuttle bus to shopping centre was excellent. Clean room and helpful staff."
"Everything was amazing. We arrived very late and they were quick to get us set up in our room and even brought extra toiletries for our youngest child including a robe and slippers her size. They offered a free shuttle to the local shopping centres and were very helpful with providing suggestions on how to spend our time "
"The room is spacious by HK standards. We had a big area to walk about in the room and put our luggages. The staff were really friendly and made our stay wonderful. They even helped us get a bigger 4-seater taxi on the day we checked out as we had 7 luggages. We took one taxi directly to airport which made the journey easier and more economical (vs 2 taxis or to transfer to Airport Express line). Depending on whether you can walk, the only possibly a con wasthat we have to walk about 5 to 7min to the nearest MRT station at TST East Station (which was ok for me, but my group has young children and elderly).
The toilet comes with Japanese style bidet which was so comfortable especially in the cold weather( the toilet bowl was heated). Overall, very nice and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended. "
