"Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there. To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too....

"We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block. The oven was dirty and needed a really good clean. The chairs by the dining table were filthy down the side of the cushions (photo to show this) as I discovered when I ran my hands alongside. "We loved our stay and can't wait to come back! My husband and I brought our young daughters to Story Land and enjoyed the week in the white mountains. This property was cozy, clean, and so close to everything. After long days we relaxed in the pool and it was so helpful to have laundry in unit and a full kitchen. The bonus for me was the gorgeous view. I loved starting mornings with a coffee on the deck. We look forward to our next visit!"
