「Great location great hotel」

「Great location, very clean, easy check-in, and the communication process was a piece of cake. Overall, this is a great property and could very easily be a 5-star experience with a little more attention to some of the small details. A few examples: - The refrigerator worked fine, but the interior light was hanging loose rather than being properly attached. - Neither light on the stove worked. - There was one trash bag, but no extras that we could find. Same with toilet paper, and there wasn't...

「Kid friendly but surrounded by wildlife」

「We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you...

「This is a great little spot. I love that has a fireplace. It’s got a deck that you can sit out on. It’s quiet. I highly recommend it and the owners are spot on with communication」

「Condo was great and is in an excellent location. Kitchen was well equipped. 」

「The main problem was it was double booked. First evening a party put it the code, opened the door and walked in on me! They gave me the owners number. He blamed me. I booked in July. The other party booked in the last two weeks. The owner never resolved the issue with me!」

「5 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park. Place was clean and roomy for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.」

「Nice spot but I feel the place wasn’t ready for visitors in late sept - heating instructions would have been helpful written down - and the thermostat in kitchen why is it there if it doesn’t work? looking for batteries to get the fireplace to start mice poop in drawer owner told us to look in. It was hard not to organize closet in downstairs bedroom - little bugs flying around - I was sadly disappointed for the amount of money I spent -」

「Pictures do not clearly represent property. Very run down outside. Steep stairs everywhere so difficult to navigate. Only 1 full bath in basement. Some beds without pillows. 」

「good enough of bathroom supplies perfect kitchen utensils very comfortable bed good wifi signal too 」

「The unit was perfect cor my family of 9. We enjoyed the pools.」

「The room was beautiful! Absolutely spotless and had anything we could need. The owner was amazing. Great communication and even checked in throughout our stay! I would definitely love to stay here again! 」

「Enjoyed our stay. Clean, great amenities & a beautiful view! One suggestion would be having hooks to hang jackets in the entryway closet! 」
