"Solo female traveler. I felt safe and very comfortable. The front desk called me about a hour after I checked in to see if I needed anything. Only things I noticed were that the lobby smelled gross and I think a couple of friends showed up to party there but I didn’t hear anything in my room. I left at 3 am for a flight so I didn’t experience breakfast. I would definitely recommend for a convenient safe comfortable and clean stay near bus or airport"

"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

We had a family emergency and the hotel was kind enough to extend our check out time by an extra hour so we wouldn’t have to rush and stress to check out on time. Will definitely book here again if we’re ever back in the Portsmouth area. "
