"If you’re gonna stay at this hotel, I would recommend asking for the new tower. That’s been remodeled. The room is beautiful as a fridge, the only thing if you’re coming home early and trying to relax and watch a movie the TV is not very good. Pay-per-view movies are in $20 and you can barely navigate the channels. The restaurants are all good. There’s free parking. It’s worth a try. I’ve been there two or three times if you’re trying to save some money, but you want to stay at a decent hotel I would recommend it. "

"This is an older hotel/casino. Our room had a smoke smell but was clean and I am assuming the smoke was from outside the room as it got better or I got used to it a bit. Our friends traveling with us did not have the same issue. I did not complain to the resort so it might have been resolved for me if I did. The staff was nice enough no issues but nothing to say outstanding service. The restaraunts in the resort were nothing to get excited about but there were plenty of options nearby. Why we stayed here is the “location, location, location” and price was really good. We went to see the Eagles at the Sphere and this resort is in walking distance. We were able to walk a good bit of the Strip from here and as pointed out earlier there were plenty of restaurants nearby. If I was going to the Sphere I would definitely consider staying here again. If I was coming to Vegas for another reason, I would probably shop around but would not rule Hara’s out. "

"The pillows were too soft, there was no vent in the bathroom. Our toilet got stopped up and we had to ask maintenance to fix it while we were in the room. They charge too much for in room coffee, bottled water and the use of the refrigerator. We did not know this before we booked so we ended up not using the refrigerator. There is also NO microwave .Everything inside the hotel shops and stores are overpriced. The staff was nice and we had a good view from our room. "

"Was there a breakfast? We didn't know about it. Checked in like 3 times on the app.. room didnt come available until I was bumbed to stand in line for the desk rather than the key kiosk. A lot of the vibe was that they didnt want to help you unless they wanted to upsell you. Will be watching my credit card statement. They took my credit card 3 times, including at check out. Not sure how many times they finished the transaction. "

"The location was great! On the strip but not overly congested with traffic and crowds. Loved that the Fashion Show mall was within a short walking distance. "
