「The stay was great! Amazing restaurant and grounds. So spectacular! The only problem and it was a big one. Checkout is 11am. At 9 35 am I was woken up by house keeping knocking on the door whilemy wife was in the shower. I then put the do not disturb sign on the door and went to the car. While I was gone she came back and just walked in at 10 40 with my wife in just her bra and panties!! That was unacceptable! Loved our stay but that definitely left a bad taste in our mouths.」

「Staff very outgoing and friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed, but I also heard the loud slam multiple times that other people mentioned. Sounds like a door slamming but does actually shake the room a bit. I had ear plugs and was able to sleep but that would bother most people. 」

「The staff were very helpful - answered question. I checked in a day early, didn't have to move to another room. The only thing I found questionable was that the continental breakfast wasn't free and the choices were limited. I had coffee and a danish and yogurt for $18. Was not displeased with that.」

「The stuffs are very nice, room is clean and new, it’s safe that elevator is limited outside people to take. 24/7 hot water and Starbucks coffee, it’s need to 6–7minutes to go to Danbury Fair Mall.Trader Joes 3minutes. That’s great! 」
