"Friendly staff but the faucet in my room was completely loose so I would have to hold it in order to turn it on. Refrigerator was either broken or weak. Elevators on the 5th floor said “out of order” but not on any other floor. Rode the elevator from the first floor to the fifth and had to wait for about 10 seconds once getting to the 5th floor for the elevator doors to open. I got off but definitely made me a little nervous. Just used stairwell for the rest of the stay as it was just overnight. "

"On our way to the hotel, we received a call that our room would not be ready on time. Upon arriving, we had assumed parking would be free as the hotel is over a parking garage, but were told that we would have to use the parking lot across the street (23$/8hr) or the valet service who owned the garage(51$). We ending up using the valet service and the gentleman from PNC were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were less friendly. Everyone seemed in a rush to get things done. One gentleman who was friendly, seemed to be trying harder than the others, but overwhelmed as they kept leaving him alone. We were not able to enjoy our stay fully due to our room not being ready when we arrived. We were hoping to use the hot tub, which was the main reason we chose the Hilton. Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to skip it. Outside of service and confusion, the hotel was beautiful and clean. Shaun helped us check out and also helped us find some things we needed the next morning. His smiling face and friendly disposition brightened up what would have ended up being a completely disappointing stay. "

"WiFi was great, breakfast was fine although some items to go in the oatmeal (raisins, fresh fruit) would be nice. Some of the furniture in rooms needs updated. "

"Property was convenient. Denny's within walking distance. Parking was available with good lighting. Bathroom was clean but washcloths had seen better days. Nice big refrigerator and kitchen. Mattress was very firm. Staff was friendly."

"The room was fine. The toilet didn't flush. They provided a plunger. We got stuck in Richmond caused by the FAA. Something about a strange smell at ATC. The room worked for they one night stay. The attached restaurant wasnt that great."
