"We have stayed here before as it is convenient to my son who lives in the east village. The self check in and check out is convenient and the property is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for the dining and shopping we typically frequent. The rooftop view is exceptional to say the least! I do feel like it’s a bit too pricey but it is manhattan! "

One of the biggest highlights was the revolving restaurant and lounge — a must-do experience with stunning skyline views. It was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day and truly soak in the magic of New York. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, which made such a difference. This hotel delivers the perfect mix of luxury, excitement, comfort, and convenience."
