The property, though very small, was ok for out one-night stay. Had we been staying longer it would not have accommodated us sufficiently as it was quite cramped. Otherwise it was good.

All of the staff were extremely kind and professional, rooms were clean. Only issue is the air conditioner didn't get very cold, but otherwise, a great stay.

今回、盛岡市民文化ホールで催された “ArtasArt芸術の祭典in岩手”という展覧会に 作品出展のため滞在させていただきました。 会場や駅に非常に高く、駅を越えれば沢山のレストランなどもあり、とても良い環境でした。 スタッフの皆さんも、とても清潔感があり心和ませていただきました。 ただ一点 朝夕寒くなったということもあり “全館暖房に切り替えました” 汗かきの自身にとっては、お風呂上がりに冷房が無いのは致命的でした。 失礼ながら、外は大雨でしたが窓を開けさせて頂き、室温を下げる為夜半までそのままとなりました。 もちろん雨の吹込みが、ほとんど無かったので出来たのですが⋯ 寝不足でした。 それでも評価はとても高いです🤗 ありがとうございました。

駅から7分ほど歩きますが、清潔で快適でした。 繁華街は駅の反対側にありますので、10分以上歩きます。
