"Off all the chain hotels we stayed in in Japan, this is our favorite, so much so that we plan to look for Daiwa hotels now when we book for future trips. Nice big lobby, bilingual staff, easy check in/out with automation, nice rooms, modern and larger bathroom. Everything seemed upgrade level. Definitely enjoyed staying there and it was near the station with lots of eateries to choose from."

"Such an amazing amd excellent hotel. All the facilities within the hotel was very clean, felt luxurious. The rooms were a nice size for 2 people. Onsen and sauna was a reward for long cold days. If you are able to stay awake, the free ramen is delicious. Very convenient to have laundry facilities on the property. After staying at this our hotel, we were very spoiled and other hotels we stayed at for the remainder of the trip was definitley a downgrade. We will visit again and look forward to...

"Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "
