「下午那位女性接待員態度非常惡劣，本來供應的飲用水沒有提供，到接待處查詢都不願意補回，後面住滿7天後可以提出清潔房間，約好時間結果沒有清潔，結果詢間更說好多理由拒絕服務，雖然最後都是清潔了，但態度差而且過程當中已經讓人感覺不快樂，絕對不會再回來了」

The lamps on the desk was broken, and the lady also help me to exchange a new one immediately. The room are quite good, internet is fast.The bed is very comfortable. 「Excellent location and great modern facilities. Functional room, well-maintained. We did not have breakfast at the hotel (many alternatives available nearby) but used the Pavilion for drinks & snacks, all good. My only complaint is with Housekeeping who did not show up on our second day at the hotel, which is disappointing for a two-night stay. When I brought this to front-desk's attention, they did offer housekeeping service in the evening but that ended up being a rush job in my opinion. ...
