Great location, friendly staff. Shower could be cleaner if they used a brush to get rid of the mold. Pillows are the worse I ever tried, please do something about them, offer firm/support options. Over all would recommend.

Eurostars Palazzo Zichy
The hotel is very lovely. However, the room was far too hot. This was on the first floor , accessible for the public to climb in through the window. We were re-located to the 3rd floor, which was also very hot, but we were able to keep the window open all night. On a more positive note. The receptionist ...
